Welcome back
We are pleased to be reopening in 2024
for a full season of tours.
Each tour is limited to 16 people and
must be booked in advance. Guided tours are one hour long with an optional self-guided garden tour available.
Complimentary refreshments are served in the conservatory after your tour.
Ticket prices
Adults: £9.50 Children 7 to 12 years £5.00
Children 6 years and under are free but please mention when booking if you will be bringing younger children.
Private Groups
We can also accommodate private group tours for clubs or associations during some weekends and school holidays. Please contact Visit Gravesend who can put you in touch with our group tour organiser.

We have small selection of Gad's Hill Place souvenirs for sale during public tours - however we can only accept cash payments at the moment.
The house will also be open one weekend during each month from June to October - dates to be confirmed.
Tours begin at the front of the mansion house promptly at the advertised time.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate walk-in guests due to limited space in the house. Please ensure you have booked your place with Visit Gravesend.
